# What if I Accidentally Deleted My Google Authenticator?

Your Google Authenticator is as crucial as your private key. It's needed, along with your email verification, for any sensitive actions, like exporting your private key or transferring funds. \

If you've lost it and don't have your private key saved, unfortunately, you won’t be able to log back into your DEXX account. \
\
Since DEXX is a decentralized app, we can’t assist with recovering or unlinking your account.
